The blend itself has not been studied; each component's evidence is set out below. ## What is KLOW Blend KLOW Blend is a single lyophilised vial holding four research peptides together: KPV, a three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone, plus the three peptides of GLOW Blend: the copper tripeptide GHK-Cu, the synthetic peptide BPC-157, and TB-500, a fragment related to thymosin beta-4. KLOW is sold as research material, not as a medicine, and no regulator has reviewed the four-peptide combination. ## How it works No mechanism exists for the blend as a whole, because nobody has studied it. The laboratory work is on each component alone. KPV, the component KLOW adds, is the last three amino acids of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. In cell studies it enters intestinal and immune cells through the PepT1 transporter and dampens inflammatory signalling; a mouse study suggests this does not run through melanocortin receptors. KPV has not been tested in people.
