Almost every metro reader arrives assuming these are the same decision at different intensities. They are not, and the split matters more here than the price does.
Topical GHK-Cu is the surface route. It has one of the longest research histories of any cosmetic peptide, going back to the 1970s, and the dermal literature covers collagen and elastin synthesis in fibroblasts, matrix remodelling, and follicle activity on the scalp. It is used once or twice daily over eight to twelve weeks minimum and requires neither a syringe nor a fridge.
Injectable GHK-Cu is a different proposition. The subcutaneous protocols in the literature run 1 to 2mg once daily over four to eight weeks, and the interest is systemic rather than dermal: GHK-Cu has been studied as a gene-regulatory molecule, with a research review describing activation of over 4,000 human genes and suppression of over 2,000. Plasma levels fall with age, from roughly 200 nanograms per millilitre at twenty to about 80 by sixty, which is the observation the field grew out of.
In this metro that means the topical buyer has three lanes and the injectable buyer has exactly one. Nobody is being prescribed injectable copper peptide in the National Capital Region. What happens in the Salcedo, Legazpi and BGC wellness clusters is that people source research-grade vials and self-administer after a one-time consult with a doctor comfortable discussing peptide protocols. That is a description of the market, not a recommendation.
