Tirzepatide in the Philippines: Mounjaro pricing & sourcing

Eli Lilly's answer to semaglutide, with a twist. Where semaglutide hits one receptor, tirzepatide hits two — GLP-1 and GIP. Researchers call it a "twincretin."

Practical difference: more weight loss. In trials, tirzepatide produced ~22.5% average reduction vs ~15% for semaglutide. The dual receptor action also reduces nausea — many who struggled with semaglutide find tirzepatide more tolerable.

Sold as Mounjaro (diabetes) and Zepbound (obesity). Same molecule, different marketing.

Results. People who plateaued on semaglutide are breaking through. Word spreads fast in expat circles.
