   International shipping history tells you little about customs handling on this route.

3. How is the vial packed, and what happens if it arrives warm?

   Lyophilized powder tolerates transit better than reconstituted solution, but a Philippine summer is still a real exposure. Ask what the replacement policy is before you need it.

4. Which channel do you answer on, and how quickly, once payment has cleared?

   Response speed before payment is not evidence of response speed after it.

5. Are you willing to have this conversation and its outcome discussed publicly?
