This guide is for members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Coast Guard, and for foreign personnel and contractors on rotation in the country, including at the locations agreed under the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement. It covers the practical side: delivery, payment, storage and documentation.

Storage in barracks and field conditions

A sealed vial of lyophilised powder is far more tolerant of heat than a vial that has been mixed. Keep sealed vials out of direct sun and away from vehicle cabins and metal lockers that heat up through the day, and refrigerate once a vial is mixed. Carrying vials in transit between postings is a heat-exposure question first: the shorter the time out of a cool room, the better.
