St. Luke's Medical Center BGCon Rizal Drive is the country's premier private hospital. Fastest endocrinology bookings (1–3 days), highest GLP-1 stock reliability, most expat-friendly intake. Pricing is the highest in the country but predictable. The default first stop for any BGC resident starting a GLP-1 protocol.

The Medical City Ortigas is a reliable secondary 15–25 minutes north — endocrinology bookings within 3–7 days, pricing 10–15% below St. Luke's BGC. Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Alabang (25–40 min south) is the southern alternative.

Mercury Drug branches inside SM Aura and Market! Market!are the most reliable in BGC for Ozempic and Wegovy. They refill on a similar Monday/Thursday cadence to the Makati flagships. Watson's in SM Aura is a solid second option.

Wellness clinics cluster along High Street, 32nd Street, and the Forbes Town Center area. Newer than Makati equivalents (3–7 years vs 10+ years), with cleaner branding, more transparent pricing, and an app-driven booking experience. Pricing runs 10–25% below Salcedo Village.

Neighborhood notes — High Street/32nd Street is the densest clinic cluster. Forbes Town Center is aesthetic-leaning. McKinley Hill is gated (couriers need guard-list pre-clearance for first-time delivery). SM Aura/Market! Market! is the Mercury Drug stronghold.
