NAD+ BGC: Concierge Cold-Chain

The BGC reader who writes to me about NAD+ frames it differently from everyone else in the metro. In Alabang the framing is longevity and household health. In Quezon City it is cost and mechanism. Here it is almost always recovery and output: training volume, sleep quality, whether the Monday feels like the Friday. That is the fitness and aesthetics culture of this district talking, and it changes what the compound gets stacked with rather than what it is.

It also changes the timescale people expect. NAD+ is not a compound that rewards a two-week trial. The at-home protocol is a two to four week loading block at 100 to 200mg three to five times weekly, then 50 to 100mg one to three times weekly on maintenance. The clinic version is five to ten sessions of loading, then monthly. Either way you are committing to a schedule, and a schedule interacts with a two to three week reconstituted window in ways I will come back to.

The BGC wellness cluster runs along High Street, 32nd Street and the Forbes Town Center area. It is younger than the Salcedo Village scene in Makati and priced below it, which is the standing trade between the two districts: Makati has the deeper clinical bench, BGC has the better mid-priced longevity scene. NAD+ infusion is a staple product on both sides of that line.

What the session buys is supervision, and it is worth stating without cynicism. NAD+ pushed too fast causes flushing, chest tightness, anxiety and nausea, which is why a session takes one to three hours and cannot be shortened. A nurse holding that rate is a genuine service. The BGC-specific caveat is that clinic quality varies more here than at hospital level, so the diligence question is not the price, it is what the operator documents about the material going into the bag.

Across most compounds I would call the BGC handoff a convenience. On NAD+ it is closer to a material advantage, because this is the one compound where the last hundred metres routinely decides whether you received what you paid for. NAD+ degrades quickly at room temperature. An insulated pack is rated for a courier leg, not for an afternoon on an unairconditioned shelf.

The practical instruction is short. Notify the desk before the rider arrives, use the phrase temperature-sensitive, and collect it within the hour rather than after the gym. The desk will hold it correctly. What it will not do is put it in a fridge, because that is not a service any lobby in this metro offers.

Taguig is not uniform and NAD+ is unforgiving enough to notice. The BGC core is the easiest set of addresses I run in the country. Uptown is nearly as good and busier at the desk. McKinley Hill sits behind its own access arrangements and reads as a different kind of address to a rider. Ususan is lower-density, older stock, and the place where a delivery note earns its keep.

If you are on the Ususan or lower McKinley side, treat yourself as a suburban delivery rather than a BGC one: order on the morning side of noon so the run has an afternoon rather than a rush-hour window, put a landmark in the note, and be reachable by phone. The compound does not care about your postcode, only about elapsed warm minutes.

Two honest readings of that table. First, the clinic route in BGC is genuinely cheap by world standards, which is why medical tourists run NAD+ courses in this metro at all. Second, on cost per milligram of material the vial route is not close, and the further into a loading block plus maintenance you go, the wider that gets. I will not publish a multiplier, because the USD 50 to 80 band in our files does not come with a stated vial size attached. Ask for the milligram content in writing and do the division yourself.
