Why These Two Peptides
BPC-157 SCOPE
Local + systemic
TB-500 SCOPE
Systemic only
BPC-157 BEST FOR
Tendons, ligaments, gut
TB-500 BEST FOR
Muscle, hair, systemic
BPC-157 is a 15-amino acid peptide derived from stomach proteins. Promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessels), reduces inflammation at the injury site, and accelerates tendon, ligament, and gut tissue healing. Works locally and systemically.
TB-500 is a synthetic Thymosin Beta-4. Promotes cell migration and proliferation via actin polymerization, has powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and works systemically — reaching injury sites throughout the body via circulation. Together they attack injury recovery from multiple pathways simultaneously.
Dosing Protocol
| Peptide | Dose | Frequency | Site | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 250–500mcg | Daily | Near injury or belly fat | 4–8 weeks |
| TB-500 | 500mcg–2mg | 2× per week | Subcutaneous (any site) | 4–8 weeks |
NOTE — Dosing BPC-157 near the injury site (subcutaneous, within a few inches) may accelerate local effects.
Injury-Specific Guidance
- I-01
Tendon injury (Achilles, rotator cuff)
BPC-157 (local) + TB-500 (systemic)
Inject BPC-157 as close to the tendon as safely possible (subcutaneous, not intramuscular).
- I-02
Muscle tear or strain
TB-500 (primary) + BPC-157 (supporting)
TB-500 excels at muscle fiber repair. BPC-157 reduces inflammation.
- I-03
Joint pain / osteoarthritis
BPC-157 (local) + TB-500 (systemic)
Inject BPC-157 near the affected joint. Cartilage-protective effects shown in studies.
- I-04
Gut / digestive issues
BPC-157 (oral or injection)
Uniquely effective for gut healing. Oral form is stomach-acid stable.
- I-05
Nerve damage / neuropathy
ARA-290 (primary) + BPC-157
Add ARA-290 for neuropathic pain and nerve repair.
- I-06
Post-surgery recovery
Full BPC-157 + TB-500 stack
Wait until surgical wounds are closed. Accelerates all aspects of post-surgical repair.
Recovery Timeline
| Period | Expected Effect |
|---|---|
| Week 1–2 | Acute inflammation subsides. Pain reduces. BPC-157 starts angiogenesis. |
| Week 3–4 | TB-500 promotes actin polymerization. Tissue repair accelerates measurably. |
| Week 5–8 | Major structural repair. Tendon/ligament healing ahead of natural timeline. |
| Week 9–12 | Most injuries dramatically improved or resolved. Some chronic require second cycle. |
Critical Points
- P-01Do not train through pain — reduced pain sensation can lead to re-injury.
- P-02Physical therapy and gentle range-of-motion enhances results.
- P-03BPC-157 is stable enough to be taken orally — useful for gut issues.
- P-04Refrigerate post-reconstitution. BPC-157: 4–6 weeks. TB-500: 4 weeks.
- P-05For chronic injuries, run two consecutive 8-week cycles with 2–4 weeks off between.
