I keep dated peso tables for the compounds I track closely. Tesamorelin is not one of them, and I would rather say that plainly than invent a range. Quotes vary widely between suppliers, and I have not verified current street pricing on the ground.
What the compound files do support: tesamorelin runs roughly three times the cost of a CJC-1295 and ipamorelin stack for a comparable GH protocol. The reason is arithmetic, not markup. You dose tesamorelin at 1 to 2mg daily where the CJC and ipamorelin stack runs on 100 to 200mcg doses. More milligrams consumed means more vials bought, every month, for six months. If visceral fat is not specifically your target, that premium is hard to justify, which is where the CJC-1295 conversation usually starts instead.
The one cost I can anchor: baseline bloodwork. An IGF-1, fasted glucose, HbA1c, and thyroid panel runs ₱4,500 to 6,000 at Hi-Precision or Makati Med outpatient. Given tesamorelin elevates GH and can push blood glucose, that panel is not optional bookkeeping. It is the difference between running a protocol and guessing.
