What GoRocky offers, what it costs, how the doctor review works and what its terms say, read from its own pages and dated. This page does not rate the program; it sets out what GoRocky publishes so you can judge it.

Short answer

As of 23 September 2026, GoRocky, operated by GoRocky Medical Inc., sells a doctor-led GLP-1 weight program at ₱3,990 to ₱4,990 a month depending on term (3, 6 or 12 months); one test version of the page shows ₱4,000 to ₱5,995. Its pages describe an online assessment, a doctor's review within 24 hours, and semaglutide or tirzepatide if prescribed.

The weight-management URL is an A/B test (cookie wl_ab). Of 8 fetches, it served variant a directly (3x) or redirected to /treatments/wm-b?variant=b (2x) or /treatments/wm-d?variant=d (3x). Variant c (/treatments/wm-c?variant=c) is publicly reachable but was not assigned in these samples. goslim.ph redirects to variant d; /treatments/goslim redirects to /treatments/weight-management. The names "GoSlim" and "Ultimate GLP-1 Transformation" appear on no current program page.

Medication in the monthly price: not stated. Inconsistent across variants. Variants a, b, d price cards do not mention medication. Variant c: "your doctor's care, your injectable treatment if prescribed, delivery, and support." Variant d guarantee FAQ: "we refund what you paid for the program, medication included." Guarantee terms: refund covers "both the service fee and the cost of medication". The /consultation/wl page says of its PHP 750 consult: "medication and shipping are separate."

How it works, as GoRocky describes it

  1. "Assess and consult": "12 questions online, then a licensed doctor within 24 hours. Free."
  2. "Start your plan": "Delivered discreetly to your door within the week, plain packaging."
  3. "Review and level up": "Monthly doctor reviews, care manager in between."

Doctor review: Online assessment ("12 questions online"), then "a licensed doctor within 24 hours"; consult by phone/video; monthly doctor reviews plus care manager. /consultation/wl: "30 minutes on video with a PH-licensed physician". Care-manager calls: "Care managers are not licensed physicians."

Guarantee, refunds, delivery and payment

  • Money-back guarantee: Terms dated 20 July 2026. Applies "only to compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide"; not to branded GLP-1s "(e.g., Ozempic, Mounjaro)". Conditions: 3 full months, under 5% loss from Day 0, weekly dose and weigh-in logs with photo proof, consultations attended, physician confirms treatment failure, claim within 7 days of the 3-month mark. Refund "within 5–10 business days from the date of approval"; no medication return required.
  • Refunds: Return and Refund Policy dated 2 September 2026. Full refund if a doctor finds the patient unsuitable. Branded medicines incl. "Ozempic pens" non-refundable once dispensed and turned over to courier. Compounded products cannot be cancelled once compounding has started. Approved cancellations carry "a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee". Damaged/incorrect items: report "within 7 days of delivery".
  • Cancelling a fixed-term program: Terms and Conditions dated 1 September 2026, s.6: early cancellation leaves you liable for benefits and medication already provided and a re-price to the "standard non-subscription price"; 10% of remaining subscription fees as cancellation fee; "Subscriptions do not renew automatically".
  • Delivery: Help Center: generally "1–3 business days within Metro Manila and 3–7 business days for provincial addresses after approval"; same-day may be available for eligible Metro Manila orders; compounded treatments "may require additional preparation before dispatch".
  • Payment: COD "available for orlistat"; other weight treatments need "secure online payment ... before dispatch". Variants b and c list "GCash · Maya · Visa/Mastercard".
  • Eligibility: "General eligibility guide BMI 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition, confirmed by a licensed physician."

Where GoRocky's own pages differ

  • Consult: program page variants say "Free first doctor consult" / "free doctor consultation"; Help Center and /consultation/wl say "The teleconsultation costs ₱750" (Help Center adds it "may be deducted from the package price").
  • Monthly prices differ by A/B variant: 4,990 / 4,490 / 3,990 (a, b, d) vs 5,995 / 4,995 / 4,000 (c).
  • Price cards on every variant show a "3-month money-back guarantee"; the terms limit it to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and exclude branded GLP-1s.
  • Variant d step 2 promises delivery "within the week"; Help Center says compounded treatments "may require additional preparation before dispatch".
  • Homepage says "FDA-approved medications"; the Help Center and guarantee terms say the program includes compounded (pharmacy-prepared) semaglutide and tirzepatide.
  • No GoSlim or "Ultimate GLP-1 Transformation" page exists now; old help.gorocky.ph GoSlim URLs return 404.

Pages change, and the weight-management page was running an A/B test when checked. Confirm the price and terms on the version you are shown before you pay.
