In the Philippines, dulaglutide is registered for type 2 diabetes mellitus. That is the indication the product carries, and every legitimate local listing prices it under a diabetes category and flags it prescription required. There is no Philippine registration of Trulicity as a weight-management medicine.

So weight use is off-label, and this page will say that as often as it needs to.
