PH Telehealth Weight Loss Compared

Search for the best telehealth weight loss service in the Philippines and the results are mostly American. On 25 August 2026 the first page returned four US listicles naming US operators that do not ship here, plus one Philippine page covering in-person clinics only. Nothing anywhere named the Philippine telehealth operators next to each other, which is a strange gap given that two of them are funded and one claims six figures of users.

This page fills it. Four findings sit above the table because they change how you should read it.

1. One of the four is not a provider. Regimen is a tracking app. It ranks on provider queries and publishes genuinely useful Philippine price research, but it cannot prescribe, dispense or ship. Its own site says so.
2. Only two publish a plan price. GoRocky publishes several. &you publishes one that excludes the medication. Seenergie publishes nothing before a consultation.
3. Only two name a clinician. Seenergie names four staff with credentials and a street address in Taguig. GoRocky names four doctors on a clinical excellence page. &you names none.
4. Nobody publishes an all-in monthly totalthat a buyer can verify before entering the funnel. The closest is GoRocky's inclusive package, and even there the medication component is not broken out.

Three postures, three different problems for a buyer trying to budget.

Partial. &you publishes a plan fee and excludes the medication, which is the largest line item. PHP 599 a month is real and verifiable, and it is also a small fraction of whatever you will actually spend. Over twelve months the plan fee alone comes to PHP 6,589, accounting for the free first month. The medication figure that sits on top of that is not published anywhere on the site.

Published, with one unknown inside it. GoRocky gives you a single monthly number, which is far more useful than a fee plus an unknown, and on its PHP 5,995 package it states that medication is included. The GoSlim tiers are silent on the point. If medication is inside PHP 3,990 a month on a twelve month term, that is competitive against the pharmacy ranges above. If it is not, it sits on top of them.

Gated. Seenergie publishes no treatment price until after a consultation. For a buyer whose priority is knowing which named doctor is responsible and where the clinic physically is, that trade is defensible. For a buyer comparing cost it is a wall, and no amount of reading gets you around it.

The practical move in all three cases is the same: get a written monthly figure that includes the medication, at both the starting dose and the maintenance dose, before you commit. The cost page for &you and GoRocky lists the exact questions that produce one, and the GLP-1 cost calculator will turn whatever they quote you into a total across every route.

This is the row most buyers skip and the one that is easiest to check yourself. A named clinician with printed credentials can be looked up against the Professional Regulation Commission. An anonymous care team cannot.

Seenergie names four people and publishes a street address, which is the strongest accountability signal in this comparison. It is worth saying plainly that on this axis Seenergie beats both of the funded telehealth players, despite publishing no prices at all. Transparency is not one thing, and different operators are transparent about different halves of the transaction.

GoRocky names four doctors with credentials on its clinical excellence page, including a chief medical advisor. The one gap is that those doctors are not attached to its editorial content, so an article on the site still carries no author or medical reviewer. The bench exists; it is just not connected to what you read.

&you names nobody on its site, and Regimen names no medical reviewer. For Regimen that is defensible, since it explicitly does not give medical advice. For a licensed prescribing service it is a real disclosure gap, and a reasonable thing to ask about during the consultation: which doctor reviewed my case, and what is their PRC licence number.

Anyone who has run these numbers has already found the other route, so pretending it does not exist would be dishonest. Research-grade vials of the same molecule families are sold in the Philippines at a fraction of any figure on this page. That is true, and it is also the least important fact about them.

A research-grade vial is not a cheaper version of a prescription. It is a different regulatory category. It is not an FDA Philippines registered medicine, it is sold for research use only rather than for administration, and it comes with no prescriber, no pharmacist, no clinical review, no titration plan and nobody accountable if something goes wrong. Every one of those things is what the fees on this page are buying. Comparing the two on price alone compares a number against a different kind of number.
